LEAD Filipino Action Fund [AF] is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that champions Filipino American civic and cultural power. Through voter engagement, coalition building, and cultural advocacy, we seek to show our power at the polls by combining art and culture with political participation.

Filipino Americans constitute the second largest Asian American Pacific Islander [AAPI] ethnic group in the United States. In California, Texas and Nevada, Filipino communities are not only among one of the largest AAPI groups, but one of the fastest growing in the country.

At a population of 4 million nationwide, we operate at the frontlines of essential occupations that keep cities afloat and communities running — healthcare, technology, manufacturing, education, and military service. As nurses, teachers, domestic caregivers, and service members, Filipinos provide life saving and life changing care on a daily basis.

In 2026, we will launch Filipino and AAPI voter engagement campaigns across targeted cities nationwide.
