WHO WE ARE

LEAD Filipino Action Fund [AF] is the 501(c)(4) sister organization to LEAD Filipino, a national nonprofit organization focused on increasing the civic leadership of Filipino American and Asian American Pacific Islander communities.

Through our mission to increase the civic and cultural power of the 4.4 million Filipinos across the country, we build and implement social and political infrastructure to support the advancement and strengthen the opportunities for Filipino American public leadership. Our approach combines grassroots advocacy with community organizing to meet our people where they are.

Alongside our sister organization, LEAD Filipino, we run Filipino and AAPI voter engagement field campaigns, legislative advocacy initiatives and support candidates pursuing state and local office in the communities we operate within: California, Texas and Nevada.
