LEAD Filipino Action Fund [AF] was incorporated in 2025 as a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization with the purpose of building Filipino American civic leadership and political power.
We design, implement and invest in cultural, social and political infrastructure to support and advancement of Filipino American public leadership. Our approach combines grassroots advocacy with community organizing to meet our people where they are.
Alongside our sister 501(c)(3) organization, LEAD Filipino, we run voter engagement field campaigns, legislative advocacy initiatives and support candidates pursuing state and local office in the communities we operate within.
